I have a few things to say so that no one is confused. I will try to use the USPS when possible. I also hand craft Rustic lamps. Those items will be shipped using UPS.
I DO believe that you will be delighted with my work! However, in the event you are not delighted, you have 14 days, starting on the day you receive your item for returns. I will NOT pay the shipping or mailing charges for you. I will offer an exchange, NOT cash back, minus the original shipping charges. I place a tracking number on everything I ship. I also keep track of your delivery date.
I will do custom items! I require a deposit of 50% on custom orders. I accept PayPal. If you live in Arizona and decide you want to save on shipping, you are more than welcome to pick up any item you purchase.
